I do not attend care here, however, my parents do. Honestly, it is impossible to get ahold of the office. I and my parents have called multiple times on different days and find it extremely difficult to get through to the team. This has also been the case when other providers/hospitals have called to obtain information from this clinic - as they have directly told us so. When you do get ahold of them you do not receive the best customer service. Additionally, referrals are placed such as those that require prior-authorization, and there is a lack of due diligence on the part of the clinic to make sure this happens in a timely manner. It has sometimes been a weeks- to months-long process in getting the office to complete the appropriate paperwork and even to follow-up with results. This is not good quality care - especially with individuals that have chronic conditions. I understand that there may be multi-level factors affecting workflow efficiency and care processes, but everyone deserves accessible, quality care. I hope that the office can do some internal reflection to improve the services they are providing to the community.

Dr. Ares is a good practitioner but her stuff is not. Rude receptionist for saying the least. I do not recommend this place. More than a year later, here we go again to “visit” Dr. Ares. One could expect that maybe this experience would have improve but unfortunately that is not the case. What an awful attention we have received. Unbelievable. It’s better to go to ER instead of waiting here. What a bad service. Last time we made the same mistake. We’ll find a new doctor.

Been with this doctors office since January 2021. Patient is 92. Doctor is very pleasant and nice but…..Nothing but stress and anxiety with this office. Front desk staff is rude and not helpful. They lack empathy and put you on hold for minutes. With end result that someone will call back and no one ever does. Not welcoming when you arrive. Seen patients in the waiting room complains that their medications were not sent to pharmacy, that calls are not returned etc. Much of the same that I experience. You get the feeling you are a price of meat in a meat market. Phone calls to doctors are never put through. Not sure if staff neglects passing along the messages. Not sure if doctor has asked staff to not put calls through as office practice. On countless occasions left messages for doctor on her portal, with front desk staff, showed up in person. Nothing gets resolved. Patient went to emergency and admitted. Doctors office was notified. While patient was in hospital doctor never used her admitting hospital privileges to find out about her patient. Never have I seen this with a doctors office.

My mom likes the doctor so I will leave that at that, but the staff there is AFRAID of both Doctors there. From what I hear they are super strict and rude to the staff which transfers to them being rude to the patients. And they never answer the phones here. ***UPDATE*** After 7 attempts of calling the office and no luck I called their “emergency” line only to be put on hold for over half hour. So while still on hold on 1 line, I decided to call from another phone and they answered right away and I lost it and let them have it. These receptionists are just unprofessional and cannot multitask. Very frustrating.

Unfortunately, I attempted to contact her for a little over 2 weeks and she was unresponsive. Today, she sends a message through the portal saying she explained what was needed of me, when she didn’t have the courtesy to return any of my phone calls. Originally, I recall her saying she would be able to speak with me via phone before I scheduled the appointment. Now that the claim has been submitted, I have to book another appointment. Your word is your bond, this is a perfect example of unethical behavior. I will contact my insurance company and place a complaint, this is not acceptable. To add more insult she charges her new patients 65 dollar new patient fee, and doesn’t tell you this at the time of the visit. If this isn’t a rip off I don’t know what is - you have been advised!
