The doctors are amazing however the staff is horrible. They pay no mind to you when you go to the office. If you do not speak up you have to wait hours been being seen even though it’s covid they always triple book your appointment.

No Star would be a better rating! The staff here has a terrible attitude in dealing with patients, especially kids. They're highly prejudiced once you don't speak their language. My family would no longer be seeking services here. By the way, the doctor is hardly present in recent years! The reception staff are notorious liars! The owners needs to do better or lawsuits will become inevitable.

They only care about your money. Don’t go here. They will make appointments for everyone single refill so that they can get money from you. Staff is always changing and you will meet different doctor every single time so not reliable. Staff also very unprofessional and uncaring and just money to take ur money. Change your doctor for better check up.

If I can give them no stars I will. I have been with them for years and they were very good because we would get to deal with the doctor. For the past couple of years we cannot get to talk to the doctor and she keeps on changing her staff and having different interns each time. It has gotten worse since the pandemic because now you cannot even get through to someone when you call, just an answering service and no one ever returns your call. They do however make sure to call when they realize that you are due for an appointment. They care more about the money than the patients. It has been over a week now I have been trying to get hold of someone to set up an appointment for my son just to get a referral for a dermatologist. I made the dermatology appointment and had to reschedule them three times because no one from Dr. Loveena’s office is responding to my request. I have been putting up with their lack of caring and professionalism for years but I think I’ve had it. They cause more stress than help!!! I can go on and on but bottom line…… they don’t care about the patients!!!

TERRIBLE OFFICE ! Never knows what’s wrong with you. & I NEVER EVER MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THEY MAKE ONE FOR ME ! I work I am busy . They telling me that If I don’t go for blood work I have to pay $50 !! FOR WHAT? I didn’t make any appointment. & last time I did blood work they some how lost my blood sample and needed more ? Out of their mind !! DONT GO HERE ! Oh and their phone doesn’t work ! so make it make sense
