I never post reviews, but Dr. Ahmed is possibly the best doctor I’ve encountered (and I’ve seen many). She is personable, very thorough, and genuinely cares about her patients. She has caught many seemingly minor things before they turned into major issues, which most other doctors have overlooked in the past. I hope my insurance never changes so I may stay in network forever.

If I can leave no stars I would. This is by far the worst doctor I have ever seen. Her intentions are clearly based in cashing her check for the visits instead of doing her job. I came in for severe pain and she asked me a few questions and prescribed two antibiotics. She didn’t run any tests to verify what it is the is causing me pain. I asked her what’s wrong with me and she said just take the meds. I left without knowing what is causing my pain. Two weeks later as the pain continued, I went to the emergency room. The doctor at the ER looked at the meds she prescribed in shock that someone would prescribe both of these antibiotics together let alone without running any tests. Do yourself a favor and go to a doctor that cares about their job not just the money.

Dr. Lotus Ahmed has been my PCP for 1.5 years now and I have never met her. Her staff routinely gives me mismatched information regarding appointments, and her availability. She [her office] has not so much as reached out to tell me that the location I am used to seeing them had closed, and that she is no longer taking appointments via phone (telemedicine). I had to find this out when I called to correct a prescription she wrote for me. I thought my options were limited, but rather it is my physician. Will not recommend to anyone seeking any sort of care. Will be leaving this firm ASAP.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GET TESTED FOR COVID-19 HERE! Please read the full review if you plan to: They are unethical and trying to make a quick buck off of this crisis! They would not give me my results for so long that 2 weeks had passed until I received them. That's too long for it to even matter, so I could be positive and not even know. I called ahead of time and was told that it would take 24 hours to get my results. Seemed too good to be true but while I was there they still said it would be pretty quick. After I got tested, they told me it's actually 7 days for results. That's the average in NYC right now, so alright. But then they said I had to come into their clinic again to get the results, so they could charge me for another appointment. I asked to get a phone call to minimize risk, but they called me a week later at a random time and I missed it. Once I tried to call the office and ask for the results, the receptionist was yelled at while trying to give them to me. They set up a phone appointment a week later so I still don't have results and it will be 2 weeks until I get them. I begged for my results because if I'm positive it would be really bad. Meanwhile they have them but will not disclose them for an entire week unless I pay for another appointment. Total scam - please save yourself the headache! Be safe out there
