Echo everyone else's experience. That they ask for insurance when making appointment...then when you go in person, they require you pay a ridculous amount up front in our case $300 before you can see the doctor as they say they can't look up your insurance information...again WHY even bother having insurance. Extremely unprofessional rude and uncourteous. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Even doctor came out at one point to say...you have to pay the $300 or I won't see you. Walked out and never looked back.

Terrible experience... called and made appointment, was told UHC insurance is accepted. Came on time and waited for 1 hour then was told need pay $120 co-pay even if my MRA account has money much more than $120 there. So why I need insurance?! Bring enough MONEY even you have your insurance covered before you decide go to see this doctor!
