Dr. Leonid Volfinzon

I have been coming to this office for quite a long time. Absolutely satisfied with the services. Dr. Volfinzon is a professional, the personnel is friendly, you can get blood test, EKG and some other procedures done on the premises. Truly convenient. I would like to specifically mention that on the contrary to the previous two reviews, I have had an absolutely positive experience with Olga, the receptionist. She is always nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Olga is truly efficient in fulfilling requests when making appointments. I was particularly impressed how she was able to squeeze me in on the same day more than once, when I had a real emergency and needed to see the doctor right away. My sincere gratitude to everyone working there.

The best doctor I've met in Brooklyn. Very professional, kind, polite. Don't use very radical care if it's not critical situation, don't prescribe any spare medication. Heartily recommended!

I had a very good experience with the doctor BUT I can't say the same about the woman, her name is Olga, working at the front desk. And this is very important as you nearly always have to go through her to get an appointment or check in for the results. She has been very rude, arrogant, unprofessional and plain disrespectful multiple times. Last time when I called to ask the telephone number of the specialist that Dr Volfinzon told me to see (the name and the contact information were not on the prescription) she started yelling. I was really shocked as I have never been treated this way. It made me want to reconsider going back there. That woman really is ill-mannered and I am convinced that this is not how patients should be treated anywhere.

Doctor Terrible bedside manner, don’t get me started on the office staff (run by his absolutely rude wife). The whole office is so unprofessional. Money making machine, that’s all they care about is billing insurance but not providing any care. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.
