Waiting time is 2.5 hours, I heard no apologies from doctor or stuff. I thought that was the worst thing that night, until I saw doctor: he was talking to me and texting with someone at the same time. Than he called someone and discussed some personal business unrelated to work (at all!). So unprofessional. Although, stuff at the front is good and very helpful. They deserve better doctor to work for.
