Not understanding any of the negative reviews. My entire visit was wonderful. I was taken right on time, all the staff were very kind. Great Covid precautions. Dr. Chen was extremely pleasant and took his time with me. He addressed all my concerns and did a very thorough exam. He was much better than any other ENT doctor I’ve ever seen. He was also very knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend this office. I even made an appointment online the day before.

I went to see Dr. Chen, after seeing another Dr. and within 24 hours, I felt like a different person. I would highly recommend him for any ENT problems. Thank you Dr. Chen

I went to see Dr. Leon Chen yesterday for a few reasons. I have been experiencing headaches and some discomfort inside my nose. I was also concerned about possible hearing loss. Dr. Chen investigated each of my complaints by giving my a comprehensive check-up that included additional tests for my ears and my nose. I really appreciated how much time he took to listen to my concerns and also administer additional tests. I was given a prescription for my nasal drip and plan to see Dr. Chen again soon. The most efficient doctor's appointment I've had in a while.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!If there was 0 stars I would pick it! I spoke on the phone with them 4-5 times make sure my insurance is accepted while my GP was telling me that this doctor is not in network with my insurance but they insisted that they accept my insurance, just bring the insurance card. I arrived and receptionist told me that they do not accept and the visit will be from 360$ and up but with 30 precent off. They said that they did not talk to me, blamed me, said it was a call center which is strange because call centers do not check insurances, the whole thing is crazy!!! So I left the office in pain. I wasted my time, now it's weekend, I am in pain, I spend money on taxi, whole thing is one big waste because of them

Go to literally any other ent. . Rude & unprofessional doctor, dirty waiting room, and issues with their appointment system taking more patients than they can handle.
