He is also affiliated with NY Community Hospital which is very important. During off hours his staff always answers the calls"

I have been with Dr Yankilevich since 1995. He is very caring, very professional, very knowledgeable doctor. Any complaint has never been left without doctor's attention. The front desk staff is very friendly and efficient. If they can't answer my question over the phone right away, they always call back. I have never experienced any problems with setting up an appointment. The waiting time is very reasonable since the office is very busy. My entire family is with Dr. Yankilevich. We are so thankful that long time ago we have met such a great Doctor!!!

Doctor is excellent , very knowledgeable, listens and looks to heal not just to treat symptoms... Staff maynot be as highly professional but they get everything done. My parents have been going, my siblings and my child are all going to this doctor because he is great and worth the wait.. Highly recommend him.

STAFF IN THIS OFFICE VERY RUDE. They put u on hold and then hang up on you. When I call back for clearances, that woman stated Stop calling us. Tell the patient to come in for medical clearances. She hang up right away. STAFF in this office NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. Sad that they are ruining the name of a GOOD DOCTOR.

I am so surprised with the Receptionist. I called her many times regarding MD Orders. She always hang-up on me , not only me but same behavior with my other colleagues., She don't deserve to be working in any clinic. That is why she refused to mention her name when I asked her. She told people not to call her because she is driving during the office hours. How can she lie to the people who are calling her because they need to. Instead of helping people, she is ruining this business.
