The best doctor I've ever had. She is incredibly patient, knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Litvinova is very through and answers all my questions so that I actually understand what the issues are. Highly recommend!

Went there for an annual check up. Dr Litinova was actually nice and took the time to answer my questions. However I was charged weeks later for a service I did not ask for and I also made sure to tell the doctor to only perform what my insurance will cover. I have tried to call since then but no response. Also the secretary is very rude and racist making comments on the news that are in the TV waiting room. I am not here for a political debate I am here to see a doctor. And instead of making racist comments, she should focus on doing her job and answer the phone from time to time. Will not return there.

Dr. Litvinova has been my PCP for about 10 years and I was always pleased with her attention and care until recent visit. I was informed that I had an open balance of $198 from last visit. I couldn’t imagine why my checkup wasn’t covered. When the receptionist told me to sign the last page of a three page document I decided to read it before signing. It included a long list of procedures that “may not covered” that the doctor recommends. If you sign it (as I must have on my prior visit) you’ll get a lot of tests you didn’t ask for. Thus my open balance. The receptionist told me I couldn’t take the document into the doctor’s office to discuss with her. She was adamant that she had to get it back before I saw the doctor. Both she and Dr. Litvinova were dismissive when I objected to their policy. I was advised that I shouldn’t sign anything without reading it! No comment when I suggested that it was the receptionists job to say “please read and sign”. No one was reading the document that day, they just followed her instruction and signed the last page. We don’t expect to be tricked into extra procedures. If they are indicated, the doctor should recommend them face to face. When I recently called for a same or next day appt. due to bronchitis no one ever returned my call. Sadly I’m looking for a new PCP.

I stopped coming here out of frustration. Appointments would regularly run 45-60 minutes behind schedule, leaving me stuck waiting to be seen. Receptionists are rude and impatient. Dr. Litvinova herself was rushing through appointments and didn’t take time to explain different prescription options to me. Lately I’ve just been trying to access my medical records but first struggled to get someone on the phone and then finally was told to look for an email with a medical release form. The email never came so I’m trying to follow up. Overall not a positive experience at all.

Horrible experience here, DO NOT COME. In order to come in for a consultation I was informed it would cost me $350 out of pocket despite my insurance being accepted here. That would be just to come in and let them know what I was looking for in the appointment. Additionally to receive any vaccinations they would write me a prescription, I would have to pick them up from the pharmacy, pay for them there, then make a new appointment to have them administered for $20/shot. This is not standard nor acceptable. Do not waste your time/money here.
