It’s a beautiful facility but the place is kind of disorganized as there is a total lack of communication between the different offices and doctors in there.

Do not choose this office if you have to take a Depo shot or you are used to quick professional service, they are short staffed, I have had the nurse argue with me multiple times about whether or not I was to be scheduled to take my shot. I Came into the the office for my “appt” and no one was there. I had to go next door to specialties to ask because no one was in OB/GYN she said that they are already closed. Why would they say your scheduled knowing no one would be there? I had to explain my entire situation to her and how the nurse said she had scheduled me even though she did not and thankfully she found a nurse to administer it to me from another dept. so sad I paid for someone to stay with my children at home as it COVID and you can’t enter the building with other people.

Scheduling a COVID test here was easy. The wait day of was short and not crowded. But the results took over a WEEK to get back. While other clinics will call you the next day with results. Find another testing location if you need it within a few days or if you don’t want to quarantine during the long wait time.

Incompetent and shiesty. A poster child of everything that is wrong with our healthcare system. this place was a nightmare to deal with from start to finish. I needed to see a foot doctor for a common prescription. When Dr. Clifford Tavroff saw me, he casually offered to trim one of my toe nails while I was there. I said fine. What he didnt explain was that this would result in a 100 dollar item on my eventual bill labeled, "DEBRIDEMENT OF NAIL(S), 1-5". I could have gotten 5 pedicures for the cost of having him quickly trimming one toe nail. Once i received this bill, it also became apparent that they had not taken my insurance info down properly when i first visited. I had to spend several days on the phone with them and even had to call my insurance company to get them to explain to them how to take down my insurance information properly. As if that was not enough, they sent the prescription to a pharmacy clear on the other side of town, rather than the Walgreens that is exactly two blocks away from the building. This was, of course, my fault, for not being more specific than asking it to be sent "somewhere close", or looking at the pharmacy address only after i had left. but having them call the prescription in to the Walgreens down the street was clearly a challenge for them, as this alone, took another several days on the phone with them, explaining and then re-explaining exactly what it was i was trying to do, only to have the good doctor Tavroff leave me an annoyed voice message as if i was requesting more medicine than i was prescribed ( this isn't even a "fun" drug we're talking about). none of this should have been that complicated or expensive. I will avoid this facility at all costs form now on and any Advantage Care location for that matter. Their customer service line was a labyrinth that only added more confusion and hassle.

It’s upsetting that this is the quality of healthcare for lower income people. The doctor argued with me (which is a norm atp being a bw) about a referral to an eye doctor and I’m wearing glasses. Everytime I brought up a problem she argued with me bc she was short on time and did not want to listen. Very rude staff.
