Dr. Scotto is sharply intelligent, kind and attentive. She has never left us feeling rushed and listens carefully, remembering past conversations and making connections. In the best possible way, she (a young woman), reminds me of an old kind of doctoring. I highly recommend her.

The worst doctor ever. She doesn't care for her patients. I am stocked with big bills because she is incompetent and doesn't know how to bill Medicare. I am trying for a month to resolve those issues and while she promissed to put the right codes, she did nothing. Horrible attitude and unprofessional.
