I first would like to respond to a review from Churchroad? Dr. Feliccia has not worked for NYU/Langone since since February 1st 2017! Yes, I agree the the staff were not helpful when his patients would call, and were given false information. Patients would be put on hold and then told he retired. Dr. Feliccia is one of the best orthopedic surgeons in Brooklyn! I can say that personally as someone who has worked with him for many years and as s patient! Dr. Feliccia can be reached at the Bone & Joint center/ Maimonides medical center and accepts new patients.

Amazing place!!! Dr felicca is the best of the best!!! Anything related to foot health he is the man!!! Karen his office manager is awesome 👌!!! Everyone is so helpful and together they make this office the number 1and the best Dr office out there!!! KEEP IT UP GUYS!!!

Have used Dr Feliccia 12 years ago for Hip replacement , I now need an the 2nd hip replacement . I recommend him as surgeon ,he is calm understanding and patient. Office was very professional, nothing compared to his old office where you need to wait 3 hours to be seen

I know Dr. Feliccia for more than 20 years, for broken wrist, and had knee replacement 1999. He did an excellent job, walking well and this year will have the other knee, Heis very compassionate explains everything to you

Staff was very rude when trying to make an appointment. Now that I have an appointment I decided I didn't want to deal with such a unprofessional office and have called three days in a row to cancel only to hear a staffer say "Please hold" and then listen to a loop of advertisements for NYU Langone & LMC. Today I held for 25 minutes and then the office terminated the call. If you cannot reach his staff I have to wonder about his professionalism. Also, it seems the staff that answers the phone also does double duty during patient examinations...too many negatives to deal with here
