Dr. Kevin Guo

He is my mom family doctor over 12 years, I just know him after my mom open heart surgery in October 2019, he has been take care of my mom very well, he care about all his parents, I ask him a lot of questions, he take his time to explained, he make sure I understand, this is the kind of doctor I recommend to everybody.

Discrimination, unprofessional Several attempts were made to call the office to set up an appt for my mom for yearly check up, they made me wait for 5+ hours and then told me that they Can’t make an appt for my mom, it was truly an uneasy agonizing doctor appointment I’ve ever made. My mom recently changed her insurance and a PCP was automatically selected by the insurance company that we never saw before, and since my mom visited Kevin Guo last year for annual check up might as well go back to the same office for routine check up, I called the office SEVERAL times today attempted to make the appointment, the receptionist kept telling me she’s busy, had to ask the doc and would give me a call back, idk how making an appt could become so complicated. 5+ hours later, Ofc she DID NOT call me back and I had to give them another call to confirm my appt, the receptionist then told me that because the PCP name on the new insurance has changed, should just go see him, I said we’ve never saw him before idk who he is and I can call the insurance company to change the PCP, and she replied no we cannot see you, you just go see the new PCP and then hung up on me. This is totally unacceptable, I feel discriminated and disappointed the way they treat patients especially in a time like this.

Do not visit Dr.Kevin J Guo, he is so unprofessional, he is a quack.
