Dr. Kentia Jean-Charles

I’ve been a patient at this facility for 1 year. I find the staff to be consistent in the way they treat the patients. They are kind, caring, friendly, and professional. The ladies at the front office always make me feel welcome. That doctors and therapists take time with the patients. I always leave feeling satisfied. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for rehabilitation.

Dr Jean Charles have the best hands and fingers imaginable. She knows where to find all the kinks and pain in your back and neck. Every time I left her office i feel like abrand new person.

My experience so far has been a pleasure. Ellie, the receptionist is sweet and professional. All staff I’ve had so far have been wonderful Lou, Anthony, Alexi, Dr Ford and Darkin and Dr Charles Lou was so professional and pleasant to work with. Darkin took the time to explain all my test results in a way that was easy to understand. What I love is that the office is organized and things move along well.

My mom was in excruciating pain. She had to hold on to the wall and drag drag feet to walk. Dr. Jean- Charles had to help her to the examination room. After she saw how much pain my mom was in, she was determined to make sure that my mom did not leave her office the same way she came in. By the time she was done with my mom’s treatments that day, She was walking upright by herself with no pain! She felt amazing and couldn’t stop smiling!! Dr. Charles and her receptionists celebrated and that made my mom feel special. I appreciate them for that. I stayed in the waiting room while my mom was getting treated and I watched the interaction with the other patients. I have to say that this is a positive work environment. Everyone is cool and relaxed. From what I’ve seen, they remember the patients faces, names and needs. They are efficient, professional and friendly. I will always come here and I highly recommend this office!!

I recommend Dr Charles, simply the best, I was suffering with lower back pain, after meeting with Dr Charles, I must say I no longer have lower back issues
