Dr. Ken Truong

Today was my only my second time seeing this doctor, but I can honestly say this man truly cares about his patients and treating them. Excellent bedside manner and he's very explanatory about medical information.

I just had to come on here and write a review about how good Dr.Ken Truong truly is..I went in today for a blood test and first of, I never mind waiting my turn because truly Dr.Ken really is a good doctor. I wish I can explain to you how but today for example had to come in due to my dermatologist expecting a blood test ASAP. I was extremely worried stressed I have been dealing with some issues and coming in today just to consult about what’s going on medically gave me such peace of mind. Dr. Ken really knows how to handle his patients! I didn’t even need the blood test and I felt such a peaceful relief after consulting with him. Thank you so much Dr.Ken you really gave me peace of mind and I’m going to follow your advise. I hope you continue to remain safe and if you’re reading this you are the best!

Front desk attitude. But doctor is very professional just want to let the girl at the front desk know im just normal person and also u just normal person just be nice to each other I go in to get your service not your attitude And also thank you so much doctor Ken Truong for taking care of me

The fastest and most efficient doctor I’ve ever had. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and he addressed all my concerns extremely professionally. Highly recommend.

I was very disappointed with my experience here. Both times I came in, I sat in the waiting room for over an hour, which happens, but no one was polite and thanked us for waiting or anything. I got some blood tests done here and was charged over $200. My insurance didn't cover it, so I paid, and then at my next appointment, Dr. Truong said I shouldn't have paid it because he has some type of deal with the lab. But no one told me this and when I asked why they billed me, the doctor said I was supposed to ignore the bills and after awhile they would stop billing me and I was just supposed to know this. Super shady. The receptionists almost never answer the phone, you can only get ahold of someone by email, which isn't even printed on their business cards. Dr. Truong was never impolite, but he mumbles and doesn't make eye contact and is impossible to understand. I kept having to ask him to repeat himself when going over lab results. Overall, it's just a poorly run business.
