Very bad clinic to go to and would give them 0 starts if I could. Insurance covers forms needed to fill out. Tried to charge my mother 20$ just to fill out a form. Do not go to this clinic, they will scam you out of your money. My mom questioned them about it and told them that her insurance covers it and they denied to help her as well. She called insurance and they also told her that she doesn't need to pay for anything. When my mom offered to tell them again, they still didn't want to listen. My mother changed to a different provider. Do not trust them, very bad service. This place should not be opened until they improve their services. Receptionist is very rude as well and they won't offer help unless you pay. They do not respect privacy as well. Both the doctors and the receptionists have really bad attitude. Wait is very long even after making an appointment as well, very disappointed.

i made the appointment a week ago; when I showed up on time, I still waited for hours. I feel like this place is taking forever, really annoying.

Don't go to this garbage clinic for a medical examination. You will not give a report after the medical examination.

Rubbish clinic! Doctor Hunzi!
I have been waiting for a long time every time I go to this place! And the front desk attitude is not good at all, and impatient! The first time I had a fever, I went to see a female doctor. That day, my head was dizzy and swollen, but she used a thermometer to test me and told me that I didn’t have a fever. Then she gave me a fever-reducing medicine and told me to go. She went back and took one. The week is not good. The second time I had a sore throat and it was so painful that I couldn't speak. The female doctor also said that I was not ill, and again prescribed a fever-reducing medicine and sent me away.
Then this year I scheduled a medical check-up in April because I couldn't go under the epidemic and they didn't have any notice. Then I went back last week, I just wanted to get a flu shot. I told the lady at the front desk that I was just here for an injection and I didn't want to have a physical examination. Because I think there are a lot of people in them, there are at least 20 people, all of them are waiting in the small front hall, without any safety measures (the patients were not kept at a safe distance, and the temperature of the patients was not taken. No hand sanitizer or the like is provided). The flu shot was finished, and the lady at the front desk refused to let me go and said that she wanted to see the doctor. After waiting for a long time, I kept telling the lady at the front desk if I could hurry up in the afternoon. The lady at the front desk just said that I was coming soon, but I waited from 11 am to 2 pm before letting me in to see the doctor. And I went in to see the doctor, and the female doctor repeatedly forced me to stay for a physical examination and get another injection! I told her that there was something in the afternoon, and I would come to the appointment the other day, and I didn't want to stay outside during the epidemic, and it was not safe for them to have so many people. The doctor even said that if you don't have a physical examination or an injection, you will die. I was angrily said that I would not have a physical examination, but she had a tough attitude, and she took the initiative to help me arrange a physical examination and asked me to have a blood draw that day! I have been waiting for a long time that day, and I have eaten all the food. Will the blood draw be accurate at this time?
This kind of doctor who sees only money must resist! Never go!

My dad is 72 years old. He called my dad for an individual check before. During the epidemic, Tan Shaoyue told me that after the blood draw was done, it was enough to call and ask for the report. What was the result? A week later, I called and said that I hadn’t said that. It’s January 2021, when the infection rate of the Eight Avenues is at its worst. I actually asked my father’s 72-year-old man to go to the clinic to see the so-called physical examination report. Dadao’s notoriously long consultation time, the front desk attitude is extremely bad, and the fighter in the trash!
We should strongly resist this kind of garbage doctor who only recognizes money but not people! He refused to say on the phone that he was actually afraid of earning dozens of dollars in outpatient fees. For his dozens of dollars, he asked the elderly to take the risk of new crown infection to get a medical report! Where is the morality? Where is the conscience?
