Dr.Katherine Keil has been my primary doctor for years. She has always been excellent. Yesterday, on Labor Day. I sent her an e-mail regarding my current situation. She called me last night, and in with me. I cannot thank her enough. She is the best doctor! 2 times this morning and got me an appointment immediately at Lenox Hill Hospital. She just called again to check

Dr. Keil is an amazing doctor, after years of searching for a PCP in manhattan - I finally found her. She is very caring, has an excellent bed side manner and overall just makes you feel very safe and comfortable. You know she does her research on all of your questions and takes the time to discuss everything thoroughly, I have never felt rushed. It is also very easy to get in touch with her office, they always pick up the phone - I've found that this is a hard trait to find in manhattan. The lead administrator is rude but I think she means well, it's worth it to see Dr. Keil. Dr. Keil has alway fit me into her schedule when I'm not feeling well and I highly recommend her! I am heart broken to be moving out of manhattan and leaving her care.

Dr. Keil is an excellent doctor. Caring, thorough, VERY attentive and smart. If you need a call back from the doctor, she calls back usually right away if it’s important. She has no ego whatsoever & I have not had this experience with a dr before, usually they have their people call you back. That’s not the case with dr. Kiel. if you need to see a specialist, she will set you up an appointment with that specialist and follow up and be very involved and caring with how things are going. She asks you a lot of questions to try to get down to the bottom of things and never jumps to things without results when diagnosing. I am currently going through a health scare and she is trying to lift my hopes up and remain positive and she truly cares and for that I am extremely grateful and happy to have her as my primary care dr. Her staff is a dot rude, but this is a review for Dr. kiel, not for her staff. Besides who says you have to be best friends with them? You just call them to make an appointment and then say hello and check in once you get there and that’s it.

Dr. Katherine Keil is an excellent physician. She is a caring and skilled physician and I have been a patient of hers for 20years. When I was diagnosed with cancer, she facilitated my intake with Sloan Kettering. She has seen me through a number of illnesses over the years. When I moved to Queens, I went to a doctor who was closer to home, for convenience It was not long before I went back to Dr. Keil. She is more than worth the trip downtown.

Dr. Keil is an exceptional doctor; Unfortunately her lead administrator is extremely rude. She refused to schedule an appointment with a very aggressive tone, I was told new appointments were not being taken at this time and was indirectly called a liar when asked how many times I’ve visited the office. I haven’t seen the doctor in 3 years and understand the current uptick (pandemic) may have changed the process. The human factor should not change - front office (admin) rudeness sets the wrong message.
