Dr. Karen Lee

Doctor Lee is wonderful, thorough and friendly. I never have to wait long, the front desk is also friendly. I’ve been going here for two years now and I have no complaints at all. I don’t understand why there are so many unhappy people going to Doctor Lee ? It’s unfortunate because we live in a time where anyone for any reason can leave a bad review and that isn’t fair to anyone. People are complaining that they are waiting too long to see the doctor ? This is life, we live in a busy city that is full of people so this shouldn’t be a reason to leave a negative review. Doctor Lee has always been professional.

Doctor is good but terrible waiting time even tough we have appointment. Just make waiting hour even reached before appointment time . Just give appointment after an hour and respect our time

Refused to sign an exception form for my school and did not hear my situation out. Rude and very arrogant, if you want good quality care maybe take your time and find another doctor.

Worst place to have a pcp. I went there with my sister cause she was having sore throat like symptoms, we did the covid test prior to visiting the pcp and it was negative, when we get there, they didn't even let her in. The doctor karen lee just asked questions in the front desk area which I think is a clear HIPPA violations. Then she goes on to say "I'll write some prescription just go and pick up at your pharmacy", she didn't do any checkup, didn't look at the throat, just said i will write prescription. How can you simply write a prescription without even looking at what the problem is. I don't know if they were afraid to let her in cause of covid concerns?? But if you are clearly afraid cause of covid concerns then you chose the wrong career path. Disappointing.
