If i could i would totally give this place zero stars. First, the receptionist forgot to include me in a live queue which resulted in me sitting in their waiting room for for over 1.5 h . After that i finally met with the doctor who could not care less about what my concerns were. No eye contact, absolutely monotonous voice . After that i was told to wait for the nurse to get my blood drawn, which resulted in me waiting for another 25 minutes . Had i not said anything i would still be waiting. I can totally see this place being racially biased ( since i am not Aisian). regardless of the reasons why their are totally unprofessional and should be avoided at all costs

0 stars if I could. Dr takes insurance supposedly and receptionist tried to tell me that copay is 50. Thought that was weird but then she said and services are not guaranteed to be covered.
I called my insurance WHILE THERE and they confirmed doc was in network and copay is actually $30. I told her this, WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH INSURANCE, and she said nope, that's not what our system says. I was very kind and polite and she got rude.
I have a pressing medical emergency and receptionist dismissed me, said go back to my old primary care physician and said there's nothing she could do. She said "I TOLD YOU YOU HAD A DEDUCTIBLE"
Totally unprofessional, wasted my time, and looks like they overcharge their patients and somehow that's okay.

The service in this clinic is terrible. I called a few times to make an appointment to prescribe medication. They all said that the doctor would call you later. I was waiting for their call. They arrived after get off work and I did not wait for them to call. When she has to pay for herself, this clinic is more expensive than others and she won’t issue you a receipt

It was fine before because they had good weekend hours. Now this new policy started in the middle of the year requiring you to put up 3 times the money of your required co-pay as a deposit is just ridiculous. Their argument is high deductible. What is high deductible has to do with a common cold or flu. If I anticipate some serious medical procedures I may see the point. But really for a cold? Called insurance company to report this and their response is they don't interfere with billing practice. Not coming back again.

I used to be a patient at Dr. Kang's office but have since changed primary care doctors. It was ok at first but the last physical I had there wasn't as thorough as it should have been and the last couple of times I went in the waiting area didn't look very clean and there was no soap or paper towels in the restroom. If English is your preferred language it may be difficult to communicate with some of the staff members. They have weekend hours and are accommodating of walk-in appointments but the quality of care experienced wasn't up to par.
