I had to take time out of my busy schedule and give Dr Julliet Hudson the 5 star review she deserves. If you are looking for a doctor whom you can trust, a doctor who genuinely cares about your health and one who listens and return your calls then Dr Julliet Hudson is that doctor. She is simply the Best at what she does.

Dr. Hudson is an excellent doctor. I was shocked to hear that she resigned. Her absence is a Great loss to our community. A great caring efficient doctor is not easy to find. I wish her the best in her future endeavors. Our lost of a great doctor will be a gain for another community.

I called in January 2022 to schedule a new patient appointment. The earliest appointment she has available was mid April. Though I was reluctant to wait that long, I took it because I liked the reviews for Dr Hudson and the location of her office. The day before my appointment the office calls me to let me know the doctor wouldn’t be available at the time of my appointment. “Okay, no problem what time works?” Then they proceed to inform me that she is not currently accepting patients with my insurance as she is “having trouble with the insurance company” and that in order for me to see Dr Hudson and even schedule an appointment I would need to CHANGE INSURANCE companies. How ridiculous is that? I made this appointment MONTHS ago and I’m informed the day prior! How can you treat people this way? Note: I found Dr Hudson through my insurance. Insurance is Emblem Health.

Went in today for a 2pm appointment, arrived on time fill out all the paperwork and turned it in by 2:05! When I walked in it was only one other person and I in the lobby so I figure by at least 2:30 or 3pm it should be my turn to see the doctor.....I was wrong! I waited 2 and a half hour before I became impatient so then I ask the receptionist how much longer she told me only 10 more minutes, mind you now it's after 4 going on 5 in which I been here since a little before 2pm my appointment time! So I waited again after about 35 more minutes of waiting I went back to the receptionist and ask what was going on; she responded I have one person ahead of me which was the same lady who was in the lobby with me! I couldn't wait anymore I had other things planned for my day and I believe if I have an appointment 30mins or and 1hr wait isn't bad but almost 3hrs that's ridiculous! I was better off being a walk in patient because it's No way a professional dwelling should have anyone waiting 3hrs for service! I made this appointment two weeks ahead if she was overbooked someone could've given me a call to reschedule instead of having me come for almost 3hrs and wasting my time! To top it off Dr.Hudson is going on vacation so she won't have any more appointment until April! I went to her base off reviews, so unless you have time to waste find another Doctor there are plenty more great Doctors in the whole of New York that respect patient and their timing! I do not believe she would've waited almost 3hrs on service from no proffesional dwelling so why should we wait that long on her, especially because it is an appointment! My suggestion find somewhere else!
