Dr. Shapiro was AMAZING! He took the time to listen to my problems and concerns, and offered guidance to realistic hearing solutions. He uniquely fine-tuned my cochlear implants to a very specific hearing program, and helped reduce a very difficult and challenging cochlear implant issue I've struggled with for years. The doctor finally made an effort to get in touch with my previous audiologist to best fine tune my needs. He's truly a specialist in the field of cochlear implants, and audiology as a whole. He even cracks funny jokes and has interesting stories. Highly recommended!
