Went to see him 2 times already 1st time was because I wasn't breathing well and boy did he get me breathing better after the first visit way better than when I went to the emergency room for it a week ago. Second time was follow up had me feeling better and he is now my primary doctor. One of the best if not the best doctor I have met with. The only bad thing I could say are the wait times but that's about it everything else is great the nurses are nice the service is fine like I said just the wait times but it's worth it because this doctor really cares about his patients and you could tell he does 😉.

Dr. Cortes always makes time to listen to your symptoms and explains step-by-step on what the treatment should be. Hard to find a doctor like him now days.

There's a reason why Dr. Juan Cortes is as respected and trusted by the community, as well as other patients who come in just to seek care from farther locations. He's one of those doctors who genuinely cares for his patients and takes time to explain everything the patient needs to know about their care. The only problem is that waiting times are VERY long as they see many patients, and it's very hard to reach them to make an appointment.

Great doctor but very poor service. Expect to be here at least 5 hours. The least they can do is have more seats as they know most of their patients are elderly. SMH 🤦🏻‍♀️

He’s a great dr. But waited from 8:30 am to 2 pm so ultimately walked out without being seen. What a joke
