Dr. Juan Chabla

I really love my doctor. I been his patient for over 9 years. People have the misconception about medical office /appointments. This is not a in and out service center, its a clinic. Meaning that all proper steps needs to be follow. If you are looking for better health, good treatment and proper diagnoses please I advice you to be patient and have patience. We should all know by now that appointment does not mean that you will be call at the exact time you have scheduled it. You have to get triage, and wait for your turn. Doctors have to see several patient's and they as well as you deserve the time to mannerly be seen.

Very good attention of all workers, only the organization to care for patients but then everything is excellent.Today I attended Jacky a very attentive and kind young woman, I felt very well and is quite kind, with people like her the clinic will be better, Jackie grasias ...

I have been seeing Dr. Chabla for several years and there was a point and time where I would have given him a good review. As a Dr. he is fine and thorough, but the clinic is not run well. Expect to wait for 3+ hours. Just because you have an appointment it doesn't mean anything they take people on a first come first serve basis and don't explain the policy beforehand. I had an appointment for today and the attendant couldn't locate me on the computer, even though I had been receiving email and phone reminders of the appointment. Very unorganized staff and unprofessional scheduling policy.

There are several doctors in this place one of them fits the category of being in the unfortunate 25% of BIAS doctors that don't give the proper medication to patients that need it instead sends you home with the poor person pain killer IBUPROFEN because they feel you going to abuse it or sale it when in fact white people abuse prescription more than minority's i dont recoment this place it all staff is friendly but the doctors are a BIAS Bunch if your in pain they probably wont believe you just be warn

Horrible place. Me & my mom came to pick-up a physical and we had to wait for an hour or even more and the secretary was doing other people stuff when we were there first. Me and my mom arrived at 11:43 and left at 12:56. Don't recommend this place🖓🖓🖓
