I made a last minute appointment for removal of impacted ear wax. The appointment process was a bit disorganized. The office was messy and small. Dr. Pollack did a good job but, well, his interpersonal skills need work.

This doctor was the absolute worst. He made me do unnecessary exams after not listening to what I was complaining to him about. He had me do an ear exam when I didn't have any problems with my ears. He didn't give me any resolution and he even billed my insurance outrageously, emphasizing that I had possible hearing loss when I don't. He's a complete FRAUD. Stay away from him. He also overbooks and doesn't seem to care about his patients. He kept asking me what I wanted to do in terms of solving my problem as if I was the doctor. He's the absolute worst. If I could give 0 stars, I WOULD.

Went to appointment thinking I was going to an ent appointment. This is an urgent care center which also tests for covid. HAD I known this I would have avoided. Because I want to avoid the plague. There were 12 people in a 5x12 waiting room- many with masks pulled under their nose during a period in nyc where there are 70k new covid cases daily. GROSSLY negligent for a medical office. Shame on you.

Why oh why did I bother -- the doctor is SO nice and very friendly .. but told me nothing and not only that.. I had to wait STANDING UP in a teeny tiny waiting room with no chairs ... place was packed. Had to wait 2.5 hours to see him and he saw me for 2 minutes and patted me on the shoulder and told me - I would be fine. This is my 2nd attempt at coming here and the other time I waited an hour and left. I thought maybe that was a one off busy day but this time was 3 times worse! its like a zoo there! He told me I should see a different doctor and I was like you have not even examined me or listened to why I am here!! Unbelievable like a comedy! He barely examined me and was so disinterested and kept looking at his watch like I was keeping him from something. What a waste of time! the front staff are the most rudest I have ever seen in my life. Dismissive and I dont know how they are still employed.. STAY AWAY ... FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR !
