Dr Roberts is a great doctor very thorough, kind and explains everything. The only problem is every time I call for appointments the service always picks up... very hard to make appointments

Dr. Roberts billed me for an office visit and I paid it. Then my insurance company also covered the visit, so he received a double-payment. I wrote two cordial, polite letters and made several phone calls, requesting reimbursement. Five months have come and gone. No one has called me, written me, responded in any way, (and of course, no one has reimbursed me) Ethically, it's questionable. No one likes it when someone just sticks their head in the sand.
