Had a great experience at this office. Front desk staff very professional and she knew her job very well. She was so kind to squeeze me in, it was my first time to the office. My insurance plan required a referral and she explained to me exactly what I needed. I asked if she could hold the appointment spot for me while I contacted my provider and she did. I was so amazed and grateful that she was able to do that for me. She was great and was very busy and handled it very well. Wish I could give more stars because of the outstanding service I received. Outstanding service I feel that people never give credit to the staff and they should.

I found this place on google and it was a great fist visit. The staff and doctor were very kind and inviting and I was able to bring my sleepig 18 month old with me in her stroller. My visit was quick and the doctor was very informative. I highly recommend!

Extremely unprofessional front desk staff. From the moment I walked in, I wasn’t greeted and didn’t even know where to go (through the door or in the front). First red flag for sure. Anyways, I called to confirm my appointment/ insurance information with the receptionist to ensure that I was eligible to be seen by the doctor. After multiple phone calls and a referral, the receptionist verified that I should call my insurance to get a reference number so I can provide it to them to ensure everything was sent. Prior to coming in I received my reference number and provided it to the office. After coming in, filling out paper work and waiting 30 min the receptionist said the referral isnt popping up and I can’t be seen by the doctor. I understood but calmly told the receptionist that she should be clear about what is needed from patients in order to be seen. Welll hellll, I should not have said that because this lady began yelling at me and became extremely worked up saying I’m “blaming her”. This lady was acting like HER foot was in pain …extremely rude and unprofessional. The doctor also should have intervened and spoke up when he heard his staff speaking in such a rude way to a potential patient. Shame on this office and shame on all the individual working there. I’ve never spoken to anyone the way this receptionist spoke to me. I was shocked. Usually it’s the patient being nasty with staff, but I would never, as I know what it feels like to be on the receiving end. But as a staff, it’s never professional to become emotional when speaking to a patient. Very disappointing, but I should have expected it from the beginning.

Jeanette burgos said it best on her review. This doctor is unprofessional on how he speaks to patients. He tried talking down to me like im a child and was very disrespectful and I was quick to point that out to him and had to put him in his place to let him know. And I can guarantee most of these positive reviews are fake. SO BEWARE

The worst doctor office I have ever visited. Front desk is very unprofessional. I was very much on time on my appointment but they hold me more than an hour. Even the doctor behavior is very rude. Finally I left the office without visiting the doctor. I’ll take referral for another doctor and never come back to this place.
