I have high respect for Dr. Jacobs both professionally and as a human being. I found him to be a brilliant Doctor and very measured in his approach. The first 2 doctors I saw recommended very invasive surgery for my sinus obstruction. As a human being he was very kind and more than happy to answer my questions. I wish more surgeons were like that Him and Kathy make an excellent team. EDIT: First day post surgery, I feel good with no pain! Dr. Jacobs was great in the pre-op area as well as the nurses and anesthesiologist. He also came by post-op to tell me it went well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him as an excellent doctor to anyone else. EDIT 2: Two weeks post surgery, feel great! Breathing is so much better! I cannot thank and recommend Dr. Jacobs & Kathy enough. Wonderful and intelligent people.

Dr. Jacobs is “the” expert in sinus surgery. I had sinus surgery with him over 20 years ago, and at the time everyone I spoke to said the results would only last about 5 years. Dr. Jacobs was the only one who disagreed. Not once, in over 20 years did I have any issues after the surgery. In fact, I never again had any issues on that side. Recently, I started getting stuffy on the other side. I was told it was allergies by my internist. I wasn’t sure, so I went to Dr. Jacobs. The CT scan was done the same day of his appointment and he asked me to return immediately to his office after the CT to discuss. He took the time to show me the images, and explain my condition. He advised of my options and I opted for surgery. No delays. Anyone looking for a sinus specialist should be calling Dr. Jacobs. In fact, look at his credentials, truly impressive! He’s a kind doctor, who takes pride in his work.

Dr. Jacobs was kind, empathetic and absolutely wonderful. Between him and Kathy (his office manager) they made sure that I was completely comfortable and informed about the surgical procedure. Kathy even called me well after office hours just to make sure we touched base prior to my follow-up, and Dr. Jacobs reached out to me personally to reassure me regarding some questions I had about the administrative aspect for the insurance (that Kathy had already answered). I recommend Dr. Jacobs to anyone in need of endoscopic sinus surgery.
