Visited Dr Fisch multiple times for different reasons. Every experience was very professional. Vasectomy was done with him with no issues at all. Would recommend to anyone.

The professionalism and care that was provided by Dr Fisch, his Nurses and staff at his Advanced Urology Center regarding my serious bladder stone diagnoses/condition was truly unmatched. Dr Fisch subsequently set me up for a laser procedure which he removed a 2cm Calcified stone. The procedure was absolutely painless and I feel like a new man afterwards for obvious reasons. Again my experience with Dr Fisch and his team of professionals was 10 stars across the board!!! I would absolutely recommend Dr Fisch and Advanced Urology Centers to any of my family members or friends without a doubt. Thank you Again Dr Fisch for truly giving me back my quality of life!! Sincerely Yours, Thomas Goldsmith, Retired NYPD

My grandfather received excellent care here. They caught his cancer early, helped get him treatment and the staff were so kind. The office manager was wonderful with helping us out. However, after I moved away I kept getting emails for my grandfather's appointments. Considering I'd removed my email, and changed it to another family member that was odd. I called eight months ago to correct the issue. Which started a whole new problem. I was receiving invitations for other people. I called to get it corrected, they couldn't figure it out. I called once again, eight months later to get it corrected. The woman answering the phone gave me a level of attitude that had me floored. I let her know this is probably the fifth time I've called. I'm now getting emails for someone else. I gave her his name. She tells me my email is not on his account. I told her it is, and offered to forward emails received in the two weeks to have him register for their patient portal. She put me on hold. Then she comes back and reiterates that I am not on that account. There's nothing else she can do. I asked to speak to her office manager. She became hostile. Told me the office manager is on vacation and I can call back Monday. I said put me through to her voicemail. Apparently the office manager no longer has voicemail? I've left her one before. No. Call back Monday. I asked her to put a sticky note on the office managers door, and she takes the message. I say thank you. I live out of state. Across the country. Calling back Monday means I have to call before 8 am my time to make sure they're not on lunch. Their main office managed to fix the issue. The company they use to send out invitations was the problem and causing a glitch. I do recommend this place for treatment. They took care of my grandfather without issue. Their office manager was great. Most of the people who work there are great. I do recommend that if you register your email, you let their main office know if you end up getting emails after your treatment stops/ends.
