Dr. Joon Myung

Dr Myung and his staff are very caring and professional. They made me feel very comfortable and my procedure went well. The entire staff was knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing along the way. Dr Myung took time to explain the result immediately after. He was very thorough and he made the appropriate suggestions and prescription that were necessary. I have never waited more than five minutes to be seen at any appointment and the girls in the front desk so nice, compassionate, understanding and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr.Myung for any of your gastroenterological needs.

Very professional and kind staff. Dr. Myung is very knowledgeable and gave a thorough explanation of my condition. He was also able to answer all my questions and make followup calls to monitor my condition. One of the best doctors and patient care experience, I would highly recommend. The staff is very kind and patient, answering any questions and helping me out fill the paper work needed for any procedures.

I visited the office a total of five times because I was nervous about getting endoscopy. Dr. Myung didn’t push me into it and we tried conservative treatments for my chronic problems but after my fourth visit, I was confident enough and I had an endoscopy done. It was good because I was told I have a bacteria that was doing damage and I got that treated. My symptoms have improved significantly and I am glad to have trusted Dr. Myung. I also really liked the staff. One nurse told me they were fully booked but a different one was able to fit me in after asking their manager. Tip: I was told when you are told that there are no appointments, to ask the manager and they can pretty much get you in.

I've been a patient with Dr. Myung for about 5 or 6 years. He's attentive and listens to my concerns. For example, I made a call today to ask a question about my condition and the assistant who answered said that she needed to ask Dr. Myung for clarification. I soon got a call by Dr. Myung and he thoroughly answered my question. He's always cheerful when I speak or see him and cracks a couple jokes so I have a good time. Great experience for me. I never had a reason to check out any other doctors.

Most friendliest dr's office I've been to! Dr myung and the staffs were very professional and kind. Dr myung explained the whole process and answered all my questions before the procedure. He was very thorough and made some jokes which I loved very much. The anesthesiologist and the staff inside the procedure room made me feel less nervous and scared. They were very understanding and skilled. They worked together and found my tiny difficult vein in one shot. It was the most painless needle poke ever!!! Definitely will be coming back here.
