Dr. Gordon has been my Orthopedist for more than ten years now. Having been a runner for 35 years I had issues with my feet and knees. Dr. Gordon treated me non invasively for as long as that was possible and eventually recommended and performed minimally invasive Arthroscopic Laser surgery on my knee. I would trust him with my life, he is a highly skilled surgeon whose after care is also exemplary. His assistant Chloe is a fine partner for him in his practise. They are both consistently kind and caring, always making me feel very special and particular as their patient. If there were more than five stars, I would award them to Dr. Gordon. He's the best.

I had a new patient appointment with Dr Gordon and had a good experience. I was seen by both him and his nurse or assistant (Chloe?). I found them both to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The rest of the staff was great too. I'm not trying to discount what other reviewers experienced, but I definitely didn't get the same impression.

Useless…. I was referred to Dr. Gordon from my PCP after I was in excruciating pain from my back on vacation. I easily got an appointment and saw the PA and was put on medication. I didn’t see the doctor but was told numerous times he was taking a half day. The next day I got a reaction to the medicine and I called this doctor numerous times, emailed and did not receive one phone call. I actually received an email response that said we aren’t in urgent care. Call your PCP. Then on Christmas day I was in the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life and called this doctor in an emergency, as my PCP told me to do. He called me back and put absolutely no thought, collaboration, effort or care into the call. I have more thoughtful responses from my seven-year-old . He told me to just go to the hospital. Luckily, I found an amazing pain management Doctor who was able to see me the next day. The pain management office was incredibly caring and did everything that they could to help me. By the time Dr. Gordon’s office called me back I had had two steroid injections and a surgery scheduled. Do not go to this doctor. He will not help you. If I could give him negative stars I would.

The doctor described himself as "an expert of foot surgery" online, refused to see me after I booked the appointment online with the reason "foot fracture"and arrived at the office on time, because " he doesn't treat foot fracture." The office manager, a white women with yellow hair, was very impatient and rude. She made lies like" doctor's online instruction is not relevant" , used mean words to urge you to leave, and had no empathy to patient. I don't think her behavior is qualified for a medical practice. This bad experience made me frustrated, exhausted and disappointed. Avoid this doctor and his office, your health is not their focus.

Dr. Gordon did not see me, his assistant did. When he finally came to the room to show his face, he seemed annoyed, and did not spend any time with me. He barely listened to my concerns. He prescribed two medications and neither one did anything to relieve my pain and discomfort. I called the next day to report back that I am still in significant pain and see what we can do moving forward, and he never called back. I also called to ask about the results of my imaging and he will not call to give me my results. I am forced to make another appointment. What a terrible experience.
