I am patient of dr. JONATHAN ERBER for a many years. I am doing colonoscopy in his office. Dr Erber is always asking me about my medical history, blood test results and answers all my questions. His office never charge any additional fees for colonoscopy even so before I paid additional fees for this procedure. I am very thankful to dr. Erber for everything he is doing for me and highly recommend his office to everybody who is willing to get perfect care

My experiences with Dr. Jonathan Erber thus far have been excellent. He is very very thorough with his explanations and diagnoses. The entire staff is also very friendly and make me feel comfortable. By far the best gastroenterologist I've ever seen.

I went to Dr. Jonathan Erber in part on the recommendation of my primary physician, in 2018, because I needed to consult with a gastro about my acid reflux condition and to get an upper endoscopy. There were two main problems with this office. The first was that they didn't fully inform me how much the entire procedure would cost (including the lab results) and given that I was a cash patient back then, providing precise information in that regard was crucial to me. After signing all the paperwork and getting the procedure done, months later I get a collection notice (not even a bill) from the lab saying I owed some $300. I then had to communicate with the office about this for weeks, and they kept telling me that I basically agreed to pay that amount. I did not. After back and forth with the office and after Erber's intervention, they ended up agreeing that I did not have to pay it. Which should have been the outcome right away. The second problem was the Dr himself. I paid $200 for the initial consultation visit, which was essentially useless and a waste of time and money. And then after getting an upper endoscopy done, he spoke to me for maybe 45 secs, to let me know that everything was OK. No details, no extended discussion of anything. Just told me keep taking my medicine and everything will be OK. I would think that after paying over $1 thousand for the consultation visit and the procedure, the service would be a little better, the doctor would show a little more care (esp considering I was a new patient) and would spend a little more time with the patient. I have since changed my gastro and am happy with that decision. I would not recommend this office or this doctor.

Never ever go to this doctor, he is there to just make his money, he will keep doing different test you don't even need. will never tells you the reason behind the disease and he don't even have time to listen to you, office staff is very bz they don't cooperate with you or even with each other they are afraid of Jonathan and each other... stay away from him .. my best suggestion for you. And one more thing if he do endoscopy make sure his anesthesiologist is in your network, this is his another way of making money and you might get a surprise bill of some thousands which if you don’t have anything left in out of network money plus charge you copays for the follow ups too(I never paid copay for follow up every MD. charge one bill for procedure and results follow up but here.....good luck unless you have Medicate) ......... beware him
