They are very hard to reach. The answering service answers even during regular hours. And then they don't even call you back . Or the phone keeps ringing and there I'd no voicemail.

Got there 20 mins early and was told to come back at the appointment time. I understand the need to limit people in office due to COVID but there was not a single patient in the waiting room. When I went back to see the doctor, it seemed like he was in a rush. Didn’t sit down to discuss and stood the entire visit. At the end, he said he couldn’t help me unless he needed a copy of the medical records from the prior doctor. Don’t you think the receptionist should have said that before I came? Waste of time and copay. Stay away. Be warned. Go somewhere else.
