Dr. John Fernandez

Dr. Fernandez has been my doctor for many years and He is the most professional awesome doctor there is. When you are sitting with him, his attention is on you no matter how long it may take or no matter how many questions you have. I have never seen him trying to rush through his patients. I highly recommend him. Great doctor!

Dr .Fernandez is the best doctor .He cares patients a lot .Office people are very nice also they are very busy and they work by heart .New sub office people needs time to learn procedure .office employees amazing including nurse.

Dr Fernandez is great doctor i go there for many years and everything was fine until the new lady begin working. She always puts me on hold, everytine i call for minimum 5 ir 10 minutes. Then she forgets things. I ask her to make a copy of my blood test results, I'm sitting home and waiting all day for her to call, no calls. On the end of the day i made a call but nobody answers the phone calls. What kind of receptionist is this? If she keeps working there i have to go someplace else. This ridiculous.

I'm on month two of trying to get an interpretation of my blood test. The phone is busy signal all the time. Is this place even open anymore?

Making my appointment, the receptionist was inexplicably rude. At the door, the nurse was exasperated while taking my temperature. To other patients on the phone, the receptionist was crass and continued to complain about them to her co-worker. Though I really like Dr. Fernandez, his staff reflects poorly on his practice. I hate dealing with the receptionist for prescription refills or lab results. I don't have this much difficulty with any other physician's office.
