Excellent physician

I waited over two hours to be seen. In the middle of the appointment he got a cell phone call and left for another 30 minutes. This is by far the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Another example of a doctor prioritizing revenue (squeezing as many patients in as possible) over respect for patients. I had high expectations, but was very disappointed. I didn't think it was possible to waste any more time with him, but he insisted I could send him test results and he'd review and give me a call. This led to email tag where at the end he ultimately (once again) dropped the ball and ghosted me for lack of a better term. Pretty comically absurd. Here is the exchange after confirming our 7 PM within 30 minutes of his email proposing the time: Kevin, Unfortunately, tonight at 7 PM does not work now. Please provide some other times that work over the next few days. Regards, John D. Cahill, M.D. REPLY1: Before 3 pm most days, Monday and Tuesday evenings work too (after 6 pm). Thanks!
