Dr. Jing Xu

I am very happy with my visit with Dr Xu. At first i was very worried because I am not Asian id be treated differently . (The neighborhood is mostly Asian to be fair.) The office was very clean and the staff is lovely. Linda the receptionist assured me i didnt need to be asian and helped me fill out the paper work. She explained everything throughly. I was seen quickly by Dr Xu who is a down to busy no nonsense dr. Shes very polite but short on small talk. She was very thorough,and really wanted to get to the bottom of my issue asap. She gave me a reffreral same day and was very invested in knowing the outcome while working with the specialist. This is quality. Shes concerned with the present moment. She took her time. So if your concerned about light n sweet pleasantries shes not for you. But she is for people who want to get better NOW today . She is for people who need and want answers from caring (internal mostly but i could tell) professional no bs approach dr. Shes absolutely for you.

Best doctor I have ever have tbh I’m always seen quickly and the office is nice. They’re very supportive. Please don’t hesitate!

The office is bright and clean, the receptionist was very polite, and Dr. Xu was amazing. She was attentive and patient when I was describing my concerns and trying to remember things relating to her questions. She's also quick with referrals. I had the time to look up the doctors she had in mind and they check off my boxes.

Worse experience I was treated very badly.i went there as a new patient and because of my insurance I waited more than 2hours.Don't go to this doctor she is ignorant to patients who are not from their ethnicity. I felt they only they treat Chinese patients not from any other ethnicity. These kind of doctor facility shouldn't be open as they ignore patients who are not from their ethnicity. I am disappointed and sad this is America and for God sake you are a Doctor you suppose to take care patients equally.
