Dr. Jimmy Katechis

From the second i called to make an appointment to leaving the day of our appointment was absolutely the best experience. Barbara was the face you meet when you walk in, she was extremely helpful and sweet besides accommodating us with a late appointment. Ruan was the nurse who triaged my boyfriends situation and knew he was apprehensive so she was patient and according to my boyfriend he felt nothing when she took his blood. Dr Katechis was completely thorough looking over his test results and very patient answering the million questions my hypochondriac boyfriend had. Thank you so much for all you kindness. it is very hard to find a Dr. with your great bedside manners. We are grateful.

Dr. Katechis is an amazing, caring doctor. He has been nothing but great support for me. He is a great listener and takes his time to make sure he answers all of your questions. Also, his staff is extremely friendly. They make sure patients get the right information. I am glad that I found Dr. Katechis. Keep up the good work!

My family and I have been seeing Dr.Katechis for several years now. Not only is his office super clean, but his staff is extremely hospitable and welcoming. Dr.Katechis is a great family doctor. He is always very thorough with his explanations, and always takes the time to answer any questions or concerns you may have to ensure that you never leave feeling lost or confused. I always feel so well cared for, and I definitely recommend him for you and your family.

What can I say, I actually look forward to going to the Doctor!! Dr. Katechis is kind, caring and extremely Knowledgeable!! He is genuinely concerned about your well being, and takes the time to really listen. His whole Staff is wonderful too!! I’d give 10 stars if I could!!

I called this morning for an appointment and the answering machine said the office would be open at 2pm. I left a message with my info, asking to make an appointment today. Not a single mention of the fact that the doctor is on vacation until September, which I found out after calling again. So now it's 2pm and because this office couldn't be bothered to update their answering machine I have to scramble to find someone else last minute. Dr. Katechis is great but the way his office handled this is unprofessional and neglectful. I'm so disgusted right now. Absolutely time to find a new doctor. Zero consideration for patience calling in. Updating your answering machine is not brain surgery. Shame on the people in charge of stuff like this at the office.
