Made an appointment and still need to wait more than two hours, so what was the point of making an appointment? The reception attitude is terrible, NOT recommended

The doctor does not interview you is his wife she even tells you how did you find me by google we only have one star. Now I understand why the doctor does not even introduces himself he does not explain the procedure that is being done to you. Right away they sit you down and want you to lay down and put anestesia on you. Once when you wake up from the procedure, they are rushing you to get up the bed because they have another patient he right away said you have nothing you need a psychiatrist when he has to do a colonoscopy to be performed and pathology results to be discussed. I wanted a word with him and he was at his office when I spoke to him he was looking at his phone not even at my face. I will finish my procedure because I am desperate to know what is going on with me but not recommend the doctor or staff very non sympathetic and non ethical.

This place is a disaster. Came here at least 5 times in the past two month. The process is totally a mess. Each time need to wait at least 1 hour after your appoint time. Today is the worst, waited at least 50 mins to just get check in, and just for a small test. Finally found out, just the receptionist could (did )my test, even did not need to bother the doctor. The front desk always have very bad attitudes, especially the lady named Nichole.

I was referred to this place for gastroscope, so I called to ask if I could eat anything before it. They told me it is ok to eat, but today all the sudden they say you shouldn’t eat anything before the gastroscope. The front desk did not do their job while we wait, they chatting all the time while so many patients were waiting. I agree with previous comments their attitudes are absolutely rude and disrespectful. I hope more ppl could check here before they come to this place!! DON’T COME!!
