I went to Dr.Zhang because I was suffering from right ankle pain due to a partial tendon tear. Dr. Zhang convinced me to get foot reconstruction surgery because he said I would continue to have other foot illnesses. To make the story short, I had multiple complications from the surgery, in total I had 4 surgeries in less than 4 months. Nearly 3 years later I have permanent nerve damage and continue to have pain in the surgical area not to mention that the ankle surgery didn't yield relief to my pain. Dr. Zhang never took responsability for his mistake and was not only rude but arrogant to never admit he made a mistake. His staff was also rude and quick to tell me that I sign a waiver relinquishing responsability. They even gave me a hard time when I requested my medical records and I never heard back from them. I regret ever going to him and trusting him with my care. I regret allowing him to convince me to sell me more than I came looking for! I came with ankle pain and only needed a very simple surgery but ended up getting a complex riskier surgery that I will always have to live with unbearable pain. If I could give him a lesser score it would not be a 0 but a minus 5 because him and his staff don't care about your well-being but much less refused to accept their mistake. If you are looking for an honest advice from someone that has dealt with this Dr. I beg you to run away as fast and as far as possible! And if you truly need surgery please seek an Orthopedic surgeon not a Podiatrist.

Terrible service. I made an appointment. Came in on time and found out the waiting area is crowded with patients all waiting. Definitely no social distancing considering COVID 19. Front desk didn't say anything. Asked me to fill out the forms. Then asked me to go outside to wait for her phone call for me to come back in, because there are a few patients in front of me! I went outside. Called and asked how many patients in queue. 8 patients! What is the point of having appointments? Do not go there in Covid-19 period...tiny waiting area full of patients..
