Dr. Jia Hong

I don't mind the reception service ， I just think Dr. Hong is very nice ， I've been in this clinic for nine years，never have trouble with her, Many things easy to solve when we respect each other. That's just my opinion.

Receptionist is the most rude receptionist I've ever encounter compare to all other medical office receptionist. She speak as she is the boss and we begging her for a favor. All I was asking was putting a side note or sticky note noting a symptom so the doctor will know even if i forget to mention in future.. After encounter I remember I had another bad encounter with the medical office. One morning when my family member was throwing up and severe headaches, we decide to go to the office instead of hospital because it was across the street from our home. Once arrived we explained the situation to the receptionist and they ask us to wait just like the rest of the people who walk in for yearly checkup or other things. Instead of talking to nurse or PA, and letting us know it is severe or not. They didn't prioritize what could have happened. If same thing happen to their family member , what would they do?

Worst medicine office staffs I've ever experienced... they need to fire the receptionists and maybe other employees who don't know what their jobs are... they literally messed my parent's lab/image reports, medical referrals and appointments several and numerous times! Not a place to stay, they're nothing close to responsible medical staffs but business ONLY!

Worst medical office I have been to in my life. My case of review of why I stated this. A medical provider you should be caring for the patient and not talking with attitude. If someone is here asking for medical attention. It’s becuas the patient is not feeling well. The nurse assistant that was taking bp was horrible attitude the fat receptionist have horrible attitude. Yes I call her fat. And she have too much makeup on at that time. This medical office is very unprofessional. I’m very upset that they delay taking care of my wife UTI. It was to the point she was having a lot of pain. And all they can say was she was not here when we called her name. When I stated she was in the restroom. As a military personnel we risk our lives defending our country To protect people like these. How disappointing. This is the last time I’m having my wife to use this medical provider. I encourage everyone else that have the same or similar experience as mines. It time to change a different provider. Don’t settle for less or no service to horrible service taking care of our love ones.

My very first experience was really bad. Poor office management. The manner in which the front office responded when I asked questions was so rude and she hung up phone for no reason. I would give zero star if there is an option.
