Everyone I have dealt with at New York City Hearing Associates,, and I've been using their service for about 6 years or so, has been super--highly professional and easy to be around. I am a blind patient and everyone has been helpful and respectful. It's a great organization.

NY Hearing Associates consistently provides great service! Whenever I have any problems with (or questions about) my devices, the issues are handled immediately and competently. Staff (from the doctors down to the assistants) are very knowledgeable and customer focused. The organization is up to date on the latest technologies.
