As a practicing physical therapist and clinic owner, I am always looking for trusted healthcare providers to collaborate with. Dr. Au does a tremendous job of offering treatment for our shared clients that are evidence based. She is a phenomenal practitioner and I would HIGHLY recommend her services.

Dr. Au is extremely intelligent, compassionate, and a doctor that I trust. I never feel rushed for time. She explains everything I need to know with great detail. She is dedicated to her profession and to helping her patients. My visits have shown this consistantly. If you are looking for an expert to help with your injury(s) or conditions, look no further. Dr. Au is more than competent; shes one the best I have met. Her staff is kind, they respond quickly, and work to ensure that your needs are met. She has a great team to help make sure that her patients are well taken care. I give her 5 stars for professionalism, acumen, beside manner; and for her office and staff.

I recently saw Dr. Jessica Au for right shoulder pain. She has been a colleague for a long time, but I was very impressed by her calm professional demeanor. I am an avid surfer and tennis player and suddenly had severe shoulder pain and restricted movement. She got an MRI, diagnosed the problem and reassured me. Dr. Au then gave me an injection (which I was also very nervous about). She has very gentle hands, and it work very quickly! I will refer my patients to her and recommend her to anyone who is experiencing pain and wants a compassionate expert to take care of them.

I can simply say that my first vsisit was a positive experience. The front desk person was friendly and efficient; the doctor was informative and thorough. Now iIwill start phsyical therapy. Unfortunately,, the Spear Center is quite heavily booked so I will not have my first appt. untl August 20. iIalso ahve two appointments for the following week. I have since ordered the Japanese tatami futon and a new office chair, so hopefully there will be a noticeable inmprovement for me by the next time I see Dr. Au. Thank you both for yourpromptness and courtesy.
