Dr. Jennifer Ng

After a tough search for a new general practitioner when my doctor of nearly 20 years retired as covid hit I found Dr. Ng. The practice was well run and professional. She went over my history, asked a lot of questions, wrote prescriptions that I needed and listened. She was personable and had a nice manner. I recommend her.

Worst doctor i have ever been to. She does not know your chart when she gives you blood test results. She prescribes wrong dosages of medicine because she has forgotten to write the updated dosage in your chart. You have to call many times for a basic referral for a mammogram because she forgot to write it down in your chart at your annual physical so the staff thinks you are requesting it and do not know how to handle. I am looking for a new internist. One who knows what they are doing and is interested enough in her patients to review their chart to know their history when discussing their blood test results. At my last annual physical all she could think of doing was giving me a dementia test. Ridiculous since talking to me for 5 minutes would reveal I am not demented. Real health issues went unaddressed. Stay away if you are interested in getting adequate health care.
