Dr Collins is amazing. Over the course of almost 3 years I went to three dermatologists who didn’t listen and essentially checked a few boxes before taking my money and sending me on my way. With a high deductible plan I was burnt out from spending money with no solutions. I finally decided to make an appointment with an allergist about something different, however my skin issue was weighing on me and I brought it up with her. She listened, asked questions and instead of just thinking she knew what was wrong did a thorough history with me. That led her to swabbing and taking a culture- she ended up not only helping me with all my allergies but was the person to help me with something I had been living with for three years. It wasn’t cheap but we talked about payment options and in the end my health is most important. She changed my life after living in discomfort for three years. I still think about her when I think about a good doctor and how I wish all providers were. I’m so lucky I found her!

The staff is so helpful and kind. The ladies at the front desk are kind and welcoming. Dr Collins is very kind and thorough and not only hears but listens. Just feeling that someone understands is the first step to feeling better. She went over my blood work with me and explained exactly what I am and not allergic to and what my options were. The nurse that does blood work and administers the allergy shots is very good at what she does and is also a sweetheart. The office is clean and decorated beautifully and there is hardly a wait to get in. In case you can't already tell, I highly recommend Dr. Collins! :)

I had a wonderful experience at Gramercy Allergy & Asthma and most importantly Dr. Collins helped me feel better! I had suffered with inflamed sinuses for so long and actually feel normal again. She got to the root of my issue by asking a lot of questions and really trying to understand why I was feeling that way. Would recommend this practice to anyone suffering from allergies. The office is clean and the staff was pleasant too.

I had a terrible experience. Dr. Collins is constantly rushing through appointments and she doesn’t have actual time and brain space to help you. I’m from out of town and I went to her about 7 times (it takes afew hours for me to get to each appointment) and not one of my problems have gone away.
