Dr. Jeffrey Klingenstein is an amazing and professional gastroenterologist. He explains everything in detail, has a nice sense of humor, and makes sure you feel at ease when you are in his office. His office is clean and neat and his team is amazing. Cinthya, Mark, and Dr. Wang (anesthesiologist) made my experience of endoscopy a dream. Their performance is outstanding. I would definitely recommend this doctor and this office to my friends.

I called before going. I attempted to make an appointment but the lady on the phone was far from professional. She sounded as though she had just risen from the dead and was annoyed that I called. I've learned in my years of experience in businesses of all kinds that the employees are a reflection of the owners, so when I get garbage service, it only means that more garbage is at the top of the echelon. And so I'll save myself the stress of having to deal with a doctor that is incapable of hiring competent employees. It says a lot about his judgment.
