Dr. Janaki Kanumilli

DR Kanumilli has been my doctor for many years. She's kind and compassionate and extremely well qualified with a beautiful bedside manner. Love her!

Dr. Kanumilli clearly cares about her patients and enjoys her interactions with them. She doesn't rush through appointments, but instead values getting to know and understand her patients. She has been nothing but kind and caring to me, and I was saddened when I had to change insurance and could no longer use her. Happily, I am now on a plan for which she participants, and can continue to have her as my primary care physician.

Dr. J is amazing. I have been going to her for years. She is warm, kind, patient and hears me out. She will prescribe medications when necessary but will also provide natural remedies if you inquire. I love how she didn't throw medications into my direction right away. She was also great with documentation and completed forms that I needed for work efficiently.

There is a saying that Doctors are not Gods. Sorry, but I beg to differ! Personally speaking, I know Dr. Janaki Kanumilli is not only my primary care doctor but she is truly a God send for me. I am a regular patient of hers at the Floral Park Office. The previous doctors I've had in regards to my health care were just medical professionals who treated you like a number, prescribed you meds and worked like a robot day in and day out. But I cannot say the same for Dr. Kanumilli. Dr. Kanumilli literally goes out of her way to make sure that your health is her number one priority. No matter how exhausted her day has been, her patients always come first. If there is an issue or some problem, you can direct it to Dr. K and her amazing staff. They genuinely care for every single patient, be it male or female, it does not matter. At Dr. Kanumiili's office, you will never be treated like a number. You will always be given respect, care and undivided attention. Dr. Kanumilli listens to you and your ailments. She has a good eye and can quickly diagnose what you came in for. -I am a big cry baby and she always makes me laugh with her funny little jokes! No, she doesn't give out any lollipops! hahahaha But her personality is great. She is calm, patient, compassionate and just so understanding. The best thing about Dr. K is her straight-forwardness. She will tell you the truth, whether you want to hear it or not. And I appreciate Doctors who are like that. The medical world would be a whole lot better if all medical professionals were as kind, driven and passionate like Dr. Kanumilli is with her profession. I can tell that being a medical doctor is not just a job for Dr. Kanumilli, it is her calling in life that I can see in her hard work, her ethics, and in her professional and personal values. -Another wonderful thing about this office is Dr. Kanumilli's friendly staff. I absolutely love Raina and Prabha, Dr. K's right and left hands. They both are really sweet, welcoming and always smile when they greet you. Raina and Prabha are positive role models that make me feel very comfortable and they are a phenomenal reflection of Dr. Kanumilli. God Bless them for all that they do.

I visited Dr. Kanumilli recently for a physical exam and I was very impressed by her professionalism. She treated me very kindly with care. I don't know how she's getting these negative comments because I would recommend my friends to her. I am definitely coming back.
