I've known Dr. Palma for more than 5 years. He is extremely kind, patient and informative to issues and concerns. I will never trade him for another GI. I just had my procedure and he assured me that he will take care of me and I felt safe and comfortable. They don't come like that anymore.

Dr. Palma was extremely caring and helpful. I felt like I was truly listened to, and he gave me all treatment plans and possibilities clearly, honestly and compassionately, including helpful FODMAP instructions. Very glad Zocdoc helped me find him!

The best doctor EVER!!! I had consultation and endoscopy. Very punctual, very professional and VERY knowledgeable. It was a breeze to have the procedure and to have him explaining and encouraging me. I highly recommend him.

The doctor is an excellent doctor I give him a 5 star rating!! However the receptionist who book’s the endoscopy procedures appointments is horrible and extremely rude. I had an endoscopy procedure with the doctor scheduled for today and I called her with concerns that I was booked for the wrong procedure with the doctor ! I told her I felt a bit nervous about the procedure and the confusion that was made and she was absolutely rude… instead of helping me feel better about the confusion she scolded me as if she were my mother and raised her voice at me … I was ready to have my procedure done today but she scared me away from getting it done with her very NASTY attitude ! She is horrible and is scaring the patients away from getting their much needed medical treatments done with her demeanor and bad attitude! She should be fired for her rude behavior towards the patients! Absolutely unacceptable behavior! She is impolite, unprofessional and not well mannered at all!
