I had a very bad experience with this office. The Drs. just think about how much money they will collect from the patient. They do not care if you are in pain or how you feel. The staff is very rude especially the assistant of the Drs. Stay away from this office. Terrible place!!!

I think most patients expect a doctor to at least explain what procedure he intends to do BEFORE starting it, bad attitude or no. Anarella didn't do this. I had to stop him and ask what he was going to do before he gave me local anesthetic and started a partial nail removal. While I expected that would be the solution, getting info out of him (even just aftercare instructions) was like pulling teeth. Edit: I ended up with a granuloma on the side of the nail he wasn't evev supposed to be working on AND the side he did treat grew back anyway. Do NOT let him put up a screen - WATCH HIM WORK. Never seen any doctor try to obscure what he was doing to me before him - now I see why he did.
