Dr Kim has been an exceptional on every level. The initial meeting and diagnosis was well communicated and his focus was extremely comforting. Prior to surgery Dr Kim and his entire Mt Sinai team explained the process and delivered with care and confidence. 12 hours after surgery, and fully expected and told to anticipate it by Dr Kim, I was in excruciating pain and called Dr Kim’s office at 5AM. Dr Kim got on the phone, clearly having been woken up, and directed me as what to do. 15 minutes later my pain was under control and my recovery of my previously shattered left elbow continues.
