My father recently was seen by the doctor and got his endoscopy here but both staff and doctor were great. There was barely any wait time and the front desk staff was very friendly. Dr. Hyun is a great doctor and I would definitely recommend him.

Much like many of the other practices where non-English speaking patients constitute the main demographic, these people are RUDE. They look down on you because they believe you have nowhere else to turn to, meaning a non-Korean practice in this case because of language barriers. A lot of the front desk nurse/ administrative staff are insensitive and offensive in their interactions with patients. Maybe they’re underpaid or under appreciated, but it definitely does not justify any of the rude remarks I have heard during my visits. A lot of people in the waiting area seemed to be feeling the same way, frowns and face cringing. Definitely will NOT be returning. *update: someone went to ask how long it takes for his procedure and one of the nurses raised her voice and sighed, as if it was the stupidest question on Earth. I will definitely speak with the doctor about the behavior and attitude of his staff at the end of my procedure.
