Dr. Jad Bou Monsef

Besides a successful surgery the best thing that I took away from my experience with Dr. Jad Bou Monsef was his ability to listen and his patience. He always made sure during all of my visits that I understood exactly what to expect. He never rushed me with my questions and always assured me that he had time to listen and he always answered all of my questions. The surgery was so successful I was able to return back to work on light duty in 6 weeks instead of the 3 months that was initially given. And besides being a great doctor he is really truly a nice person. Thanks Doc.😉👍

Doctor himself is fantastic but people working there need to learn how to communicate and treat patients with respect. There was a two hour delay and not a word of explanation, interns not knowing how to access patient files and assistants freely and loudly cursing behind closed doors. He deserves a better place to work at.

Dr. Jad Bou Monsef is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my health by taking the pain away from my cervical spine via a successful acdf surgery, but he is also great to speak with at every appointment. He is very attentive and makes sure I get the best possible care I can get. I also love how he makes himself available for his patients. I can reach him at anytime via text/email/phone. Right now we are monitoring the healing from my surgery and working on the pain in my lumbar area now. It’s rare to find a doctor that provides such amazing care for a patient and shows outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming his patient! He is the BEST!!!

Dr. Monsef is a wonderful surgeon… His disposition is that of a kind, attentive and confident doctor. He was patient, he listened, and was quite generous of his time in our initial consultation. The moment I finished explaining my problem and symptoms, he quickly understood and put my mind at ease with a direct diagnosis and prognosis…. He went on to explain the roadmap to my recovery, detailing all the procedures and explaining what my experience after each would be. He took time to explain every step of the procedures and answered all of my many questions. When I had issues dealing with my insurance company, he made himself instantly available to them, through text messaging to help speed the process through. He was very attentive post surgery. He was reassuring, not just with my physical recovery but my mental and emotional recovery as well. He really empathizes and cares about your pain and suffering. I was so scared of my Cervical Myopathy diagnosis in summer 2021. My doctor Dr Jad Monsef was my surgeon for the ACDF dated 9/16/21. I am so blessed he was always available with any questions and that was great! Dr Monsef, as my surgeon, my recovery is remarkable as was my surgery is a success!
